Exchange,
America’s Service Club, is a group of men and women working together
to make our communities better places to live through programs of service
in Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities, and its national
program—The Prevention of Child Abuse.
The
Exchange Club of Naperville was chartered in 1987 and is dedicated to
the elimination of child abuse and domestic violence. Through financial
contributions to more than 40 local charities, the Exchange Club has raised
more than $8 million from its service activities at Ribfest.
The Exchange Club of Naperville has established Project H.E.L.P. as a
Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse in 1992. Focused on stopping
child abuse before it happens, Project H.E.L.P. supports parent education
through the Parent Mentor Program. This program, administered by NCO Youth
& Family Services and supported by the Exchange Club of Naperville
provides parent support and education through parent mentoring and offers
opportunities for parenting classes as well as individual and family counseling.
