Rib Judging & Winners

Rib Judging Sunday July 4th in the Sponsors tent; we use the Kansas City BBQ Society evaluation process to judge Ribs, & Sauce top 3; Judges include Ribfest Chair, Mayor of Naperville, police & firefighter of the year, and some of our largest sponsors including, Pepsi, Miller/Euclid Beverage, and Exelon. This year, Steve Dolinsky from ABC 7's Hungry Hound will be on hand! Winners will be announced on Sunday July 4th at 3:30 PM!
