child abuse in our community.
While your sponsorship package includes many benefits, the following
are specific items that require your attention. Please review and submit
or call by dates indicated.
Grand Sponsors

Tickets will be mailed to the contact name and address on
your order. If you have not received your ticket mailing by June 10, 2008,
please call 630.548.5205. If you qualify for early bird and/or sponsorship
level upgrade tickets, these will be included with the normal ticket mailing. |

to ensure placement at the event site. |

| Big Screen Slide |
A power point slide to be presented on the big screen in rotation during
the event. You may prepare your own slide and email to fulfillment@ribfest.net prior
to June 18, 2008. If you do not provide a powerpoint slide, we will put
your logo on one of our standard backgrounds. When designing your slide,
please remember to not use white as a background and keep fonts large so
they are readable. |

| Website Logo/Link |
Your company logo and description, as well as a link to your website,
will be on the sponsors page of the Ribfest website. Please provide your
logo, 2-4 sentence company description and website information via email
to fulfillment@ribfest.net .
As soon as this information is received and processed, your company will
be recognized on our Ribfest website. |

| Commercial |
A 15 second commercial on VHS format to be played on the big screen
at various times throughout the event. If you submit multiple commercials,
we will rotate them. Commercials should be delivered to Brett Flickinger (see
contact information below) prior to June 18, 2008. |

(see contact information below) for fulfillment prior to April 30, 2008. |
