First and foremost, are you looking for a link to download your concert tickets? Your “ticket” is an RFID (RADIO-FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION) wristband for Main Stage concert access at Ribfest 2018. Now…other questions.
1. Where is my wristband? When will it ship?
You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information from the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account.
If you purchased your wristband after the cutoff date for shipping, please proceed to Will Call at Knoch Park (Naperville’s Ribfest) with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID. We'll get you set up.
2. How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address on the Tickets page until the cutoff date when shipping begins. If you aren't available at the shipping address you provided and don't have a different address, you can cancel the shipment and pick up your replacement wristband at the event in Will Call.
If you can't receive the package after it's been shipped to the provided address, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID. We'll get you set up.
In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If your shipping address is wrong when shipping begins, you'll need to pick up your wristband at Will Call. The original order confirmation email and a photo ID may be required for wristband pick-up.
3. What to do if your wristband is lost, stolen, incorrect, or damaged
If you haven't received your wristband yet, take a look at your Tickets page for estimated shipping and delivery dates.
If your wristband is marked as "delivered" but you never received it or if it’s been lost or stolen, you can deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the event from Will Call. From the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select "Manage Wristband," then choose "Deactivate wristband." Once the wristband is deactivated, you can to pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. For more detailed instruction on how to do this go here.
It’s important to know that we cannot reship any orders and that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Can I pick up my wristband at Will Call?
If you can't get your wristband at the address provided, you can cancel the shipment on the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, then pick up a replacement wristband at Will Call. All you need to bring with you is your original order confirmation email and a photo ID.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
TIP: Having trouble finding your order confirmation email from Eventbrite? Make sure to check the spam folder in your inbox, or search for an email from email@example.com.
5. Can someone else pick up my wristband at Will Call?
Yes! If you purchased your ticket after the cutoff date for shipping, you're sent a PDF ticket along with your order confirmation email. Someone else can pick up your wristband at Will Call with the PDF ticket and a copy of your photo ID.
If you don't have a PDF ticket, you can have someone else pick up your wristband through the following steps:
- Cancel your shipment (if it hasn't shipped already) on your Tickets page, then
- Have the new attendee bring a copy of your photo ID and the order ID number (found in your order confirmation email) to Will Call.
Wristband replacement fees will apply.
Registering your wristband
1. Do I have to register my wristband?
You don't have to register your wristband, but we strongly recommend that you do! Registering your wristband shows the organizer and Eventbrite that the wristband belongs to you, and lets you to request Will Call pick-up to replace it more easily if it's lost or stolen during the festival.
2. Can I register my wristband under someone else's name?
You can only register a wristband once, so make sure you have all of that person's required information on hand. To register, you'll need their:
- Full name
- Email address
- Wristband ID number
3. Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?
Once registered, wristbands can't be transferred and identifying information can't be changed.
You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can manage the order to request a replacement.
4. Do I need to re-register if I have to replace my wristband at the festival?
Nope! All your existing registration information and settings automatically work with your new wristband.
5. How do I set up cashless payments for my wristband?
You can link a credit or debit card to your wristband and use it to pay for drinks, food, and merchandise at the event with the tap of a wrist. To set up cashless payments, follow the link in your wristband package to register your wristband, add your credit or debit card information, then create a PIN number. You’ll receive an email receipt each time you use cashless payments at the event.

The cashless basics
How does cashless work?
You will be able to activate cashless through an Eventbrite registration URL [link here] and easily link your credit or debit card or a card from your Eventbrite wallet (e.g., the same credit card you used to buy your ticket). You’ll set a PIN number that will be used at each transaction. Each time the wristband is used to purchase, the credit/debit card will be charged for the amount paid.
Can I use cash or debit/credit cards to buy things?
Yes, you can use your registered wristband, cash or credit/debit cards to purchase items at the event.
Setting up cashless payments
I need to register for cashless payments, how do I set that up?
You’ll need to go to the registration URL to register for cashless using the wristband ID number located on the back of the wristband. You will need to create or login to your Eventbrite account in order to register.
I can’t remember if I registered for cashless, how do I check?
You can go to the registration URL, login with the same Eventbrite account that was used to register the wristband and choose “Manage Registration”. If their credit card information is listed, you have registered for cashless.
Replacing a wristband with cashless payments
I lost my wristband that had cashless setup. I need a new one and still want to use cashless.
You may get a replacement wristband at the Box Office, automatically transferring your cashless profile onto the new wristband. The old wristband will no longer be recognized at access points or point of sale terminals. Don’t sweat, you do not need to re-register for cashless.
I was just upgraded to a completely different wristband type (ie GA > VIP) but I already set up cashless for my original wristband, what do I do?
The RFID wristband will be replaced and you will have an entirely new order in Eventbrite, which will automatically deactivate the original wristband for access control and cashless. You will need to register the new wristband for cashless. You can do that by going to the registration URL, logging into your existing Eventbrite account, selecting the “new wristband registration” option and using the new wristband ID number located on the back of the new wristband. The existing debit/credit card will still be saved in their profile when you log-in to the registration page and can be simply applied to the new wristband.
I no longer want to use cashless on my wristband, how do I deactivate it?
You can go to the registration URL, login with the same Eventbrite account that was used to register your wristband and choose “Manage Registration”. There is an option to “Deactivate Cashless” for each wristband that has been registered and setup for cashless.
How do I report my lost/stolen wristband; I won’t be using it for the rest of the festival?
You can login to their Eventbrite account and go to My Tickets to deactivate the wristband and that wristband will immediately be unusable for access control or cashless onsite. If you do not remember your password or have the ability to go to My Tickets, then under some exceptions (with proof of ID) the Box Office can ‘remove’ the wristband from their order via Eventbrite Organizer.
Making Changes to Cashless
How do I change the card/pin I am using to make cashless payments?
You can visit the wristband registration URL, login as the same Eventbrite user that was used during first-time registration, and choose “Manage Registration”. There is an option to change which card is linked, and an option to change your PIN number.
I can’t remember my pin, so how do I change it?
The pin you chose is stored securely, so if you forget your pin you will need to create a new one. You can visit the wristband registration URL, login as the same Eventbrite user that was used during first-time registration, and choose “Manage Registration”. There is an option to change the pin number.
I bought the wristband from someone and they registered the wristband for cashless, can I still use cashless?
Sorry, you cannot re-register a wristband. You will need a new wristband to register under your name and card. Visit the Box Office to see if they will provide them with a new wristband.
My card was declined, what can I do?
You will need to contact their bank to understand why your card was declined, like with any other declined card purchase. If you want to try and load a different credit/debit card to your wristband, you can do so by visiting the wristband registration URL, login as the same Eventbrite user that was used during first-time registration, and choose “Manage Registration”. There is an option to change which card is linked for cashless.
